As a nonprofit committed to community development in Indiana, IFF supports nonprofit organizations in Indianapolis and across the state by providing financial and real estate solutions to their facility needs. Through our work, IFF helps address the demand for capital and ensures local nonprofits are able to grow and successfully complete their facility projects.
Jeff Bennett, IFF’s Director of Real Estate Services—Indiana, works with Indiana schools to make and execute good decisions about their facilities. Schools may choose from a broad range of real estate consulting services to address their specific needs.
IFF also provides affordable, flexible lending to nonprofits in every sector, including education, health care, child care, and affordable housing. Loans up to $1.5 million are available for real estate acquisition, renovation, and construction. Loans as small as $10,000 are also available to purchase equipment or vehicles, complete facility repairs, undertake maintenance, or for energy efficiency upgrades.
IFF is excited to announce the launch of the Indiana Charter School Facilities Loan Fund, made possible through funding from the State of Indiana. Click here for more information about the Fund.Launch website Twitter Facebook LinkedIn Blog
